LPS Sells Assets to PAIRIN

Particularly with the economic shock from the COVID Pandemic, the need for solutions to help displaced workers remains fierce. We were pleased to serve as financial advisors to LiteracyPro Systems in the divesture of their CommunityPro Suite (CPS) software product to PAIRIN.

CPS is a a multi-agency case management and referral system that enables government, community, and educational institutions to easily share and combine data, providing coordinated care from a variety of service providers. PAIRIN unifies content and resources provided by workforce programs, government and educational organizations into one integrated platform designed for and around the user. The acquisition of CPS will allow PAIRIN to accelerate the delivery of high-quality technology solutions, including for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) compliance, service referrals and case management, and foster meaningful collaboration across agencies.

A coordinated pathway to meaningful, sustaining work that allows individuals to be self-sufficient is critical; it is important work, and we were glad to play a small part in helping the unique software that LiteracyPro developed find buyer who will be able to scale it to best fulfill the important role it deserves.
